Our Institute was organized the program on the occasion of “Hepatitis Day” to raise global awareness about viral hepatitis and to encourage prevention, diagnosis, and treatment. The program was efficiently co-ordinated by Mr. S. H. Chavan; he emphasized the importance of early diagnosis and vaccination. Following this Ms. S. P. Dhutmal provided brief information about types of hepatitis (A, B, C, D, E) and described theme of the year ‘Hepatitis: Let’s Break It Down’. Later Ms. P. A. Alabade produced awareness about how can we prevent hepatitis  by Maintain good personal hygiene especially hand washing after using the toilet and before eating, Drink safe, clean water, avoid unhygienic food, Vaccinate children and high-risk groups (healthcare workers, travelers, etc.). At last vote of thanks given by Mr. S. H. Chavan and program was concluded.
